Mathematics and Technology Program

1. Math: Vietnamese Math Program: BMS Hung Yen high school students study the basic Math curriculum of the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training, as well as the enhanced BMS Math program designed for students with exceptional mathematical thinking abilities and students preparing for university entrance exams in science-related majors.  

2. International Computer Science Program MOS 

BMS Hung Yen high school students follow the international standard computer science program by Microsoft and receive internationally recognized certificates.

+ Access to the latest information technology skills to apply in current studies and future work.


Language and Social Sciences

Literature: BMS Hung Yen integrates the Literature Curriculum of the Ministry of Education and Training with enhanced, advanced, and supplementary content, as well as literature projects. The enhanced Literature program at BMS Hung Yen is designed for students in academic teams, students pursuing social science combinations, and those preparing for university entrance examinations.

English Program

Standard Track (Track A): The English program follows the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), enabling students to build a solid foundation of knowledge while focusing on the development of all four language skills. The program targets a B2 CEFR exit level (equivalent to IELTS 5.5+).

History and Geography

The subject content is structured into project-based learning, allowing students to plan and explore knowledge independently with guidance from teachers. Students build a strong foundation in history, culture, and society. Through projects, they develop essential 21st-century citizen skills such as collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and communication.

 

Arts

High School students at BMS Hung Yen have opportunities to participate in a wide range of artistic fields through club-based formats that focus on developing individual talents.

Physical Education and Sports

BMS Hung Yen High School implements the Physical Education curriculum of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, with additional in-depth sports such as football and swimming. Upon graduation, students are expected to be proficient in freestyle swimming and at least one specialized sport.

Skills and Career Orientation

- BMS Skills Program: Helps students develop skills to respond to social changes, master knowledge and actions, and cultivate habits that prepare them for future success.

- Financial Mindset Development and Young Entrepreneurs Program (Junior Achievement): This program provides training in Financial Management, Career Orientation, and Entrepreneurship. The JA program equips students with knowledge in budgeting, saving and investing, using credit, business planning, financial management, and marketing from an entrepreneurial perspective, along with real-world workplace experiences. In addition, students develop skills such as teamwork and planning. The program helps students assess their abilities, interests, and values, make prudent financial decisions, and orient their career pathways.

- Career Guidance Program:

High School students at BMS Hung Yen participate in career guidance activities throughout all grade levels. In addition to the career guidance content required by the Vietnamese national curriculum, BMS offers a comprehensive career guidance program including aptitude assessments, counseling, seminars, competitions, and regular workshops, as well as experiential activities at universities and enterprises. These activities help students gain a comprehensive understanding of the future labor market and make informed decisions when selecting suitable fields of study.

Natural Sciences

Students at BMS Hung Yen experience and conduct experiments in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Training curriculum and BMS’s enhanced programs in professionally invested Physics and Chemistry laboratory systems.

Extracurricular Programs

A wide variety of student activities in terms of types, content, and formats help students develop essential competencies and qualities, enabling them to adapt effectively to societal development. BMS Hung Yen High School places special emphasis on experiential learning and career orientation activities. Through interdisciplinary projects and career-oriented experiences, students develop essential competencies for learning and life, such as communication and collaboration, problem-solving and creativity, and career orientation skills. BMS-organized events carry distinctive themes, and students are encouraged to proactively register and participate in organizing school-level events.

After-school Clubs and Summer Camp

After-school Program:

Beyond regular school hours, students can register to participate in After-school Clubs to develop talents or pursue personal passions and interests, such as academic clubs (Chinese, English), skills-based clubs, sports clubs (football, badminton), and music clubs.

Summer Camp Program:

The Summer Camp program is specially designed and organized for each age group, offering students opportunities to explore themselves and the world. Summer Camp programs are held annually during the summer, including both domestic and international camps.

Domestic summer camps provide opportunities for students to experience activities that may not be available during the regular academic year.
