[Elementary School] - Recruitment of Admissions Team Leader - Communications

1. Position: Admissions Team Leader

2. Working l ocation: Primary School – No. 41–43, 19/5 Street, Van Quan Urban Area, Van Quan Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City.

3. Recruitment quantity: 01

4. Working time: From Monday to Saturday morning, divided into 2 shifts per week. Details as follows:

  • Shift 1: From 07:45 to 17:30
  • Shift 2: From 07:00 to 16:30

Job Description

 

I. In charge of student enrollment at Ban Mai Primary School, including the following activities (80%)
1. Develop and improve educational products (conduct market research with academic departments, improve enrollment products, build relationships with parents)
2. Take responsibility for enrollment activities (action plans, cost planning, policy proposals, sales closing)
3. Establish and maintain external relations with partners (cooperate with schools, centers, and coordinate the organization of events to promote the school’s image)
4. Manage and evaluate staff within the team
II. In charge of communication and brand events for Ban Mai Primary School (10%)
1. Supervise the development of communication strategies
2. Coordinate between enrollment and communication teams; be responsible for the professional quality of the communication department
3. Coordinate the production of communication materials to develop online/offline brand channels

4. Event organization tasks

III. Other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager and the Board of Management related to professional meetings, periodic reports, and other tasks assigned by the Head of Department / Board of Principals / Board of Directors (10%)

Candidate Requirements

  1. Education: College/University degree in Business Administration, Marketing – Communications, Foreign Trade, or International Relations.
  2. Experience: More than 05 years of practical experience, including at least 03 years in a team leader/manager role. Priority given to candidates with experience in the education sector or working in private or multi-level school systems similar to BMS. Neat and professional appearance; clear speech, no lisping.
  3. Competencies & Attitude:
  • Professional skills: planning skills, team management, communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and good problem-solving abilities. Skills in analysis, information collection, and reporting; proficiency in office software (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and office applications.
  • Attitude: Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented at work. Passionate about business and able to work under performance pressure.
