2. Working location: Primary School – No. 41–43, 19/5 Street, Van Quan Urban Area, Van Quan Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City.

4. Working time: From Monday to Saturday. Morning from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM – Afternoon from 1:30 PM to 5:15 PM (Saturday: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM).

Job Description
- Manage, organize, and implement operations under the School’s Operations & Services Division.
- Manage communication, admissions, and customer care activities.
- Manage the quality of student care programs.
- Manage extracurricular programs.
- Human resource management.
- Perform other tasks: meetings, reporting, planning as regulated and other duties as directed by the Executive Board / Principal.

Job Responsibilities
- Act on behalf of the Principal in managing school operations when authorized; advise the Principal on decisions related to assigned functions and other school activities.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Principal or Executive Board.
- Represent the School Leadership in receiving delegations from Departments and Authorities working with the school.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports of the school.
- Prepare reports as required by state administrative authorities.

Candidate Requirements
Age: from 35 to 45
Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, or related fields; additional certificates in catering, student care, etc. are an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position and 5 years in operations/service management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other job-related software.

Inspection and evaluation capability.
Financial management capability: budgeting and planning.
Analysis, synthesis, and reporting skills.
Strong customer service mindset; quick and decisive problem handling.
