1. Position: Head of Youth Union and Young Pioneer Organization

2. Working   l ocation: Primary School – No. 41–43, 19/5 Street, Van Quan Urban Area, Van Quan Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City.

1. Job Description

  1. Develop plans, organize, and supervise the implementation of team member activities as required by the Department of Education, District Council, and relevant authorities;
  2. Coordinate with academic departments to plan and organize student activities to promote comprehensive development in spirit, intellect, physical health, and emotions;
  3. Coordinate with subject groups, parents, and other school departments to carry out educational activities, build discipline, and maintain student routines;
  4. Organize events for the primary school;
  5. Manage the Community Development Committee
  6. Carry out meetings, reporting tasks, planning in accordance with regulations, and other duties as directed by the School Council;

2. Candidate Requirements

  • Age range: 25 to 35 years old.
  • University degree or higher in Primary Education, Music Education, Physical Education, Fine Arts Education, etc.
  • Certificate in Youth Union/Team professional training or refresher training in Team operations.
  • 3–5 years of experience in primary education, with at least 3 years in a management position.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Careful, honest, and responsible toward work and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong reporting and work management skills.
