1. Job Title: Revenue Accountant
2. Workplace: Ban Mai Secondary & High School, TH4 Block, Van Phu Urban Area, Phu La Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi.

4. Working hours: 8 hours/day from Monday to Saturday morning. Morning: 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM; Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:15 PM (Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
1. Job Description
1.1 In charge of Revenue Accounting & Cashier Duties
- Prepare monthly revenue records for all receivables;
- Update data into the School’s software system to issue tuition fee receipts.
- Record accounting entries for daily incurred expenses. Monitor actual income and expenses, issue invoices, and prepare revenue reports in accordance with procedures.
- Prepare and submit receivables reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to the direct manager.
- Coordinate with relevant departments within the School to follow up and collect outstanding receivables.
1.2 In charge of Health Insurance (BHYT) & Commercial Insurance (BHTT) for Students
- Receive information of students participating in BHYT and BHTT.
- Compile the list of students participating in BHYT and BHTT and submit it to the Executive Board for approval and payment to service providers and insurance agencies.
- Carry out registration procedures for BHYT and BHTT for participating students.
1.3 Carry out meetings, planning, and reporting tasks as regulated
- Meetings: Attend professional meetings of the Finance & Accounting Department periodically at 10:00 AM on the first and third Tuesday of each month, or ad hoc as required by work; meetings with the Board of Principals, Executive Board, and Group when requested.

2. Candidate Requirements
- Age from 25 to 35 years old.
- Graduated from College/University majoring in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar position or experience in revenue accounting operations within schools is an advantage.
- Proficient in and knowledgeable about accounting operations: accounting entries, related workflows. Familiar with MS Teams 365 (Word, Excel), AMIS, MISA, etc.
- Knowledge of relevant laws such as the Enterprise Law, Tax Law, and regulations related to finance, accounting, and taxation in enterprises and schools.
- Proficient in office software and the use of office equipment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Careful, honest, and responsible toward work and internal stakeholders.
- Good reporting and work management skills.
