- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or Foreign Languages.
- Professional experience: At least 05 years of experience in the HR field, including a minimum of 03 years in equivalent positions at organizations with over 100 employees. Preference will be given to candidates with similar experience in private, non-public, or multi-level education systems.
- Professional competence: Knowledge of HR practices related to KPIs, salary scales and structures, 3P compensation methods, organizational design, workforce planning, and HR consulting. Solid understanding of the Labor Law, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance regulations, Personal Income Tax Law, and Education Law.
