1. Position Title: General Human Resources Specialist.

2. Work  Location: Ban Mai Secondary & High School, Lot TH4, Van Phu Urban Area, Phu La Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi.

Job Description

  • Develop regulations, procedures, and policies related to human resources, including personnel policies, performance evaluation, and commendation and reward systems of the school.
  • In charge of Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Implement salary regimes and HR policies in accordance with regulations; calculate and process monthly payroll, bonuses, and payments on public holidays and festivals.
  • Handle HR operations: Monitor and update data related to increases/decreases in Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance; reconcile data monthly with social insurance authorities. Complete required dossiers, procedures, and liaise with social insurance agencies for employees’ participation and benefits in accordance with regulations. Manage HR data, workforce changes, labor relations, and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Coordinate with vertical units and departments to implement recruitment, training, performance evaluation, event organization plans, and other assigned plans.
  • Advise direct supervisors on HR-related activities within the authorized scope.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

  1. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or Foreign Languages.
  2. Professional experience: At least 05 years of experience in the HR field, including a minimum of 03 years in equivalent positions at organizations with over 100 employees. Preference will be given to candidates with similar experience in private, non-public, or multi-level education systems.
  3. Professional competence: Knowledge of HR practices related to KPIs, salary scales and structures, 3P compensation methods, organizational design, workforce planning, and HR consulting. Solid understanding of the Labor Law, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance regulations, Personal Income Tax Law, and Education Law.
  4. Required skills:

d. Performance evaluation skills and strong people management skills.

e. Logical thinking ability and good communication skills.
